Sam Razban-Nia is an Enrolled Agent and founder of Raz Tax & Advisory LLC. He works closely with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want clarity in their finances and confidence in their tax strategy.
As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Sam holds the highest credential awarded by the IRS. He is federally licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. This allows him to handle everything from routine filings to audits and cross-border compliance, advising clients across the country and internationally.
After earning his degree in Mathematics and Economics from UCLA, Sam began his career in tax at Ernst & Young LLP—one of the Big Four public accounting firms—where he specialized in partnership taxation across private equity, hedge funds, and real estate. He later joined NKSFB LLC, one of the largest business management firms in the country, advising world-renowned DJs, actors, and producers on tax strategy and compliance.
Sam went on to work with boutique accounting firms focused on high-net-worth entrepreneurs and closely held businesses, gaining a deeper understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by founders and operators. Across every role, his focus has stayed the same: helping clients understand their numbers and use them to make smarter decisions.
Today, with over a decade of experience, Sam blends technical expertise with real-world business insight to help clients reduce their tax burdens, grow their income, and build sustainable, profitable companies.
